Role of gender

Women can be heirs to their parents' lands if they do not have brothers who can manage the inheritances of the parents who have already died.Children under the age of 18 (major physiologically) are heirs but by their mother. Access to land often involves inheritance and sharecropping. Men are usually heirs to their parents' lands. Women can exploit but are not owners. As for sharecropping, it is mainly foreigners who practice it.These practices are observed in the purely agricultural areas of the municipality.
