Road status
The municipality of Zogbodomey is potentially well opened as it is crossed by the north-south inter-state road and the railway. Its position is the gateway to the Zou but more, all travelers down to Cotonou cross. The municipality of Zogbodomey has 3 stations including 2 roads: one in Cana and the other in Zogbodomey and the train station is in Akiza. The Zogbodomey Bus Station is not so crowded considering that it is not an attractive hub and is close to Bohicon's which attracts more passengers. Thus, few passengers come on this bus station Zogbodomey either to go to Cotonou or to go to Bohicon or Abomey.
There is also a military airbase at Cana (an airfield).
The town of Zogbodomey and more precisely the district of Zogbodomey-Center are crossed by the asphalt road inter-state whose state is deteriorating significantly, which causes many and bloody traffic accidents. The rural roads are generally impassable especially in the rainy season (case of Kpokissa for example) and in bad condition in the dry season. Because of this, many tracks are to be rehabilitated. Fuel price
Only the adulterated fuel sellers commonly referred to as "Kpayo" sellers constitute the informal supply system. The current price of gasoline is 300 F CFA and that of diesel is 400 F CFA per liter.
